At BoilOver, the opportunities for skill development are endless. Thanks to a generous grant from the Australia Council for the Arts, the company recently concluded a five-week circus workshop that left participants awestruck. During the workshop, members delved into aerial and lift techniques, honed their conditioning exercises to strengthen their bodies, and enhanced their flexibility. It was an exhilarating experience that added an extra spark to their performances.

The artists at BoilOver are already hard at work, rehearsing tirelessly for their upcoming production, “The Birds.” This thrilling performance will be featured as part of the renowned Melbourne Fringe Festival in October. BoilOver Theatre Company is well-known for its captivating productions that showcase the exceptional talents of its diverse members.

Under the guidance of seasoned arts practitioners, members not only develop their confidence and performance skills but also nurture their fitness, emotional literacy, self-esteem, and social networks. BoilOver is a safe and supportive environment that fosters personal growth and creativity.

The group meets regularly in Sunbury, with additional rehearsals held in preparation for each production. As a registered NDIS service provider, Sunbury and Cobaw Community Health allows the program to be accessed through NDIS plans.
