
Well, sort of. Victorians are now allowed to remove their mask while outside. However, you must still wear your mask while inside or if you are outside but are unable to social distance so you are still expected to carry your mask with you at all times.

You can now have 15 visitors to your home and 50 people at an outdoor gathering.
Restaurants, pubs and cafes can have a maximum of 300 people with 100 people indoors as long as the four square metre rule is upheld. Smaller venues may have a maximum of 50 people with a two metre square rule.
Contact and non-contact sport is now allowed for both adults and children and gyms can have up to 150 people while maintaining the four square metre rule (exercise classes can have a maximum of 20 people).
Indoor pools can have 150 people, outdoor pools can have 300.
